Being the recipient of the prestigious 2006 Facility of the Year Award, FOYA, the Baxter BioPharma Solutions, BPS, Phase IV Syringe and Vial filling facility project represents significant advancements made in project execution practices. This presentation will give an overview of the business drivers e.g. speed, cost efficiency and quality, the decision making process, the integrated project delivery process as well as an overview of the utilization of modular technology in combination with renovations and new stick-built construction, all within one project.

This presentation will be of interest to industry professionals planning to construct or expand a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, as well as those involved in design, build, commissioning, qualification and project management of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical facilities projects.
